Hilldun is hiring a Los Angeles Client Relations Manager to support Hilldun's West Coast and APAC clients. 

Essential Functions / Responsibilities 
  • Oversees Hilldun’s West Coast and APAC clients (the “Territory”) or as determined by position or assigned by management
  • Mitigates client concerns and issues by monitoring areas such as volume, agings, concentrations, credit coverage and credit losses 
  • Builds a strong rapport and working relationship with clients 
  • Acts as the point person for assigned accounts, communicating and working directly with various departments to address client needs and inquiries 
  • Onboard new clients located within the Territory
  • Oversee Los Angeles Office
  • All other duties as assigned by management
Required Knowledge and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in the fashion industry and specific brand experience preferred
  • Experience working with an ERP system
  • Knowledge of factoring
