We are on the lookout for dynamic sales associates to join our Nashville, Tennessee team. If you have a passion for luxury and an eye for fine craftsmanship, this opportunity is for you. At Diamond Cellar, we take pride in showcasing exquisite works of art crafted by our in-house designer goldsmiths, along with exclusive collections from prestigious brands such as Rolex and Roberto Coin. At Diamond Cellar, we place a high value on the well-being of our associates, emphasizing a healthy work-life balance. Our distinctive retail schedule is designed to prioritize family time by closing our doors during evenings and Sundays. We recognize the importance of Saturdays in serving our customers, therefore require our sales staff to work Saturdays. This approach allows our associates to enjoy quality time with their loved ones while still meeting the needs of our clients.

Our ideal candidate is bright, energetic, and approachable providing the highest customer service to every customer regardless if they are in for a simple repair, watch battery or purchasing a Rolex. You are a go-getter interested in working in a fast paced environment and like the idea of having an unlimited earning potential. Our ideal candidate is never satisfied with doing the bare minimum or being average: we are building a sales force to be reckoned with Continuing education and support to develop brand knowledge, understanding of the luxury market, and our customer base will be provided.

Qualifications:

· Expert understanding of sales principals and customer service practices

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Luxury retail and building a clientele experience a plus

· GIA training preferred but not necessary
