Team Overview

This role will join a team of graphic designers, email managers, and paid media managers - all within a highly-valued Digital Marketing team. The team is accountable for delivering results, challenging the status quo and evolving our marketing to ensure we’re best-in-class. We hold ourselves to high standards and really value each other’s contributions.

Summary

The Digital Deployment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day execution of our email calendars targeting commercial audiences and the design of digital ads. The job will entail working closely with our email marketing team, integrated marketing team and media team for the commercial businesses. The role will also be responsible for project managing the development of static and dynamic digital ads.

Essential Duties

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist in the development of the email strategy for commercial audiences. Serve as the point of contact for all emails, providing status updates, removing roadblocks, and ensuring emails are created and deployed on time. Partner with the Integrated Marketing Managers to input the approved emails into Workfront calendar for the commercial audiences Own email development and collaborate with the business owners, graphic designer, and copywriter on required content. Provide suggestions for email campaigns - including content, messaging and design templates to ensure impactful emails. Ensure emails are deployed on time and to the correct segment by collaborating with the Email Automation Manager. Work with internal ad designers on the development of digital ads (static and dynamic) to make sure the ads have the correct images and copy, have 1 - 3 rounds of edits in the project plan, and are completed on time.
