Overview:

Aptiv PLC is on the lookout for a driven Product Marketing Specialist to assist in the creation of content for our innovative AS&UX solutions, which are aligned with our strategic market approach.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactivity by collaborating with a skilled team to enhance and expand a thriving multi-billion dollar enterprise.

As a member of the AS&UX Product Marketing team, you will work collectively to develop optimal solutions for our clientele, in line with the AS&UX strategic roadmaps.

Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with Product Management, Product Line leaders, Customer Marketing, Content and Creative teams, Communications, and Sales to formulate product messaging, positioning, and the execution of go-to-market strategies. You will aid in articulating the unique value proposition of our offerings and work in tandem with Product Management on various collateral materials.

Additionally, you will partner with customer marketing to craft narratives and tailor solutions for diverse customer segments, leveraging insights from research and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:


Generate content that effectively communicates the value of our products and solutions, collaborating closely with Product Management. This includes creating product presentations, whitepapers, customer demo presentations, web content, and more.



Assist the Product Marketing and Customer Marketing teams in developing and implementing new product introduction campaigns for Aptiv's AS&UX offerings, based on a thorough understanding of market demands and Aptiv's positioning. Collaborate with account-based marketing and extended marketing teams (content, creative, digital, social) to convey product value and positioning tailored to customer personas through a variety of channels and marketing strategies.

Essential Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative research methods, showcasing advanced skills in transforming customer insights into compelling narratives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; inquisitive and innovative personality.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and visual communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering (e.g., Automotive, Electronics, Computer, Software), Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
1-3 years of experience in crafting and executing marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
