Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing Project Assistant for our Hillsboro, Oregon location. This individual should be detail-oriented and able to juggle tasks amidst constant interruptions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general clerical and administrative support

• Must ensure customer service is upheld to the highest standards with consistent communication throughout the process

• Works with vendors, sub-contractors, customers, and sales teams on multiple projects at a time to ensure project deadlines

• Coordinate install scheduling and logistics

• Perform other related duties as required

• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• 3+ years of recent professional office assistant/administrative experience

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications is a must.

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

• Ability to keep information highly confidential

• Must be well-organized, accurate, and detail-oriented

• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

• Ability to interact with all levels of staff
