Job Summary:The Project Management Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to our project management team, ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to project managers, including coordinating schedules, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, bid packages, and other marketing materials.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate project schedules, including tracking progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Documentation and Records:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation, including project files, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
