Responsibility & Customer-Focused:

  • Design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient workflow designs.
  • Customize and extend SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online sites to meet business needs, including integration with Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Develop front-end interfaces for Power Apps solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Integrate workflow automation solutions with other front-end applications, such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and custom web applications.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing workflows to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Create documentation and provide training to end-users on utilizing workflow automation solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and new features within the automation and Power Platform ecosystem.

Education, Experience, Training, Certifications and Licenses:

Degree or equivalent experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of three years of experience in developing workflow automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge in:

  • Strong proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar other technologies. Ability to work with low-code or no-code frontend development platforms.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online development, including customization and integration.
  • Proficient with Data Structures and SQL language.
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 services and platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Power BI, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
