Bulk Sales Specialist

The Bulk Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new and competitive business opportunities, utilizing leads from both within and beyond our usual portfolio. This role requires collaboration with existing Bulk Specialists, District Managers, Altec resources, Radnor marketing teams, and Account Managers to build a comprehensive set of market leads. The NBD will then connect with and qualify each lead before involving the local Bulk Specialist.


Are You the Right Fit?

We’re looking for someone with substantial experience collaborating with various internal teams to create effective marketing programs. The ideal candidate excels at penetrating accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and using a sales system to uncover essential information and pain points. Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is required, along with a commitment to maintaining a detailed and up-to-date database. The perfect candidate is a highly organized, relentless go-getter who thrives on achieving results.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years strong industrial sales experience required
  • Industrial gas experience desired but not required
  • Strong work history
  • History of getting past gatekeepers, and doing discovery/pre-qualification work
  • MS Office Suite experience, ability to work CRM system
