Key Responsibilities:


Information Governance and Records Management:


  • Assist in the creation, maintenance, and organization of digital and physical records.
  • Ensure compliance with the firm's information governance policies and procedures.
  • Help implement and maintain electronic document management systems (EDMS).
  • Perform regular audits and data integrity checks on records and documents.


Print and Mail Services:


  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and tracking correspondence.
  • Operate and maintain office printers, copiers, and scanners.
  • Prepare documents for printing, including formatting, binding, and quality checks.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for large print jobs and special requests.


Administrative Support:


  • Provide general administrative support to legal teams, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory related to document services.


Learning and Development:

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Strong interest in the legal industry and eagerness to learn about law firm operations.
