- Oversee, manage, and direct construction projects with a specific focus on sheet metal roofing, sheet metal siding, and sheet metal manufacturing

- Review and monitor projects comprehensively to ensure timely completion

- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for project deliverables

- Plan budgets and estimate costs accurately

- Track inventory regularly to ensure materials availability

- Prepare internal and external reports on project status

- Proactively address and resolve emerging issues

- Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations

**Requirements:**

- 3-5 years of experience for Project Manager role; 6+ years for Senior Project Manager

- Strong background in sheet metal roofing, sheet metal siding, and sheet metal manufacturing

- Proficiency in construction management processes

- Experience using construction management software packages

- Ability to plan strategically and oversee the "big picture"

- In-depth knowledge of building products, construction details, rules, regulations, and quality standards

- Effective conflict and crisis management skills

- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities
