Day to day duties:

•Oversee the renewal of certifications for all products within the assigned market.

•Identify data gaps and collaborate with teams to prioritize resolution efforts.

•Review and validate product documentation for compliance with regulatory standards.

•Work with product managers, chemistry and materials laboratory, and supplier teams to produce compliant reports.

•Develop a structured documentation system for easy access and management.

•Maintain job aids for compliance data management.

•Standardize documents and reports to meet template requirements.

•Ensure accurate and timely upload of documentation to the regulatory agency portal. - Communicate compliance status and potential risks to stakeholders across the organization.

Top 3 skills MUST have:

•Demonstrated experience in document management and compliance.

•Knowledge of product compliance regulations and documentation requirements.

•Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Years of experience required:

1-3 years

Education requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
