Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Legal Recruiting Administrative Assistant to join a law firm in Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, schedule, and manage job postings.
  • Review and screen applications.
  • Track candidates using applicant tracking system.
  • Collect candidate materials and documentation.
  • Schedule interviews and gather feedback.
  • Draft offer letters and related documents.
  • Complete pre-hire checks including licensure and background checks.
  • Prepare orientation schedules.
  • Coordinate events.
  • Prepare materials for recruitment meetings.
  • Create and provide recruiting reports.
  • Handle reimbursement requests and invoice tracking.
  • Assist with lateral hiring and onboarding.
  • Perform additional duties as directed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of legal recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm. Administrative professionals with legal experience will also be considered.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
