A leading Marketing Analytics Firm that specializes in developing and executing strategies that help clients solve their most complex challenges is seeking an Analytics Manager.. Individual will be optimizing clients’ marketing channels and product portfolio performance, with a strong emphasis on customer acquisition within financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Apply predictive models using Python / SAS designed to optimize campaign performance, use credit and non-credit data to refine, maintain, and improve models over time
- Design, develop and automate comprehensive portfolio reports and dashboards, including portfolio P&L, risk management, and segment performance summaries
- Monitor and analyze performance reports; reviewing for risks and opportunities and pro-actively pursuing them
- Perform regular analyses to optimize business performance related to changes in card benefits and marketing campaigns
- Develop and deliver client presentations – including data analysis and written content
Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in statistics, math, economics, or similar
- Solid experience developing predictive models using Python / SAS
- 4 to 8 years of experience in a data-intensive role, developing custom data and reporting processes
- Experience with SQL and one or more analytic packages (Python, R, etc.)
- Direct marketing and product portfolio analysis is a nice to have, preferably in agency, banking and/or consulting environment
