The Senior Manager of Campaign Analytics will collaborate with marketing teams and external vendors to deliver insights into media and web channels across various therapeutic areas. This role involves managing vendors and working cross functionally with marketing to generate data-driven insights and analyses that support the entire customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with brand marketing to develop and refine customer segmentation strategies for campaigns, including advising on the initiation, suspension, or continuation of specific campaigns and media to enhance alignment with the customer journey.
- Work closely with brand marketing to offer creative insights for media and campaigns, including analyzing which content generates the highest engagement on the website.
- Apply extensive experience in detailed analysis of customer attributes to generate valuable insights that influence business strategies and outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functionally on projects related to paid media data, Power BI reporting, and media testing/optimization to improve campaign insights.
- Utilize extensive experience in developing and enhancing customer segmentation frameworks to provide strategic guidance for designing CRM campaigns.
- Serve as the expert on list buys across various therapeutic areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
- Experience with data warehouse mining and reporting, as well as data manipulation tools such as SQL, SAS, R, Power BI, and Tableau
- Working knowledge of advanced statistical modeling approaches
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and logically structure PowerPoint deliverables
- Experience working with web analytics platforms such as Adobe and Google
