LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Systems with at least 3+ years of experience for a hybrid role with well-established client headquartered in Richmond, VA.


This Senior Accountant, Financial Systems will be responsible for managing and overseeing the organizations accounting system. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, managing metadata, updating mapping within the system and performing quarterly user access reviews.


Responsibilities:

  • Resolve and troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with business units to address functional issues within the system, especially during month-end close.
  • Support business units with updating mapping.
  • Develop and maintain new load locations for loading divisional GL data.
  • Manage accounting data, including adding new accounts, entities, and other elements, as well as maintaining related hierarchies.
  • Oversee and manage ongoing system security and access management; Coordinate with IT, document user approvals, and update user/group profiles.
  • Provide training to new users and develop skill enhancement trainings for existing users.
  • Create, maintain, and update reports and dashboards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of related accounting/finance experience
  • Strong Excel and system skills


Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment


Salary: $75-90k + Bonus
