Role: HR Analyst---Policies/Documentation/Training/Procedures—Cyber Security Initiative.

Please note this is not an IT analyst role—It is a HR support analyst to perform a variety of roles supporting personnel issues with a new cyber security implementation.


Please note that this role seeks at least 5 years of experience in this field.


Collaborate with stakeholders to draft or revise supplemental guidance and communications products to assist in the development or revision of Cyber Academic Engagement Office (CAEO) policies and procedures.

Cultivate university engagement via outreach initiatives to continue DoD and academic collaboration in cross-sector cyber, IT and cyber operations. Leverage established relationships with National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity (NCAE-C), Senior Military Colleges (SMC), VICEROY, National successes, and review lessons learned.

Provide support and expertise in facilitating the application review and selection process. This involves collaborating closely with the client or organization responsible for managing the applications.


Support the implementation and administration of workforce-wide development opportunities to encourage program success. Leverage lessons learned that are scalable to the cyber workforce such as the Cyber Workforce Rotational Program, Cyber Information Technology Exchange Program (CITEP) and Cyber Service Academy (CSA).


Support processes to monitoring and assess implementation according to DoD CIO priorities, goals, objectives, and milestones. Provide expertise to inform leadership in making strategic and management decisions
