As an early technical leader, you will build fundamental AI solutions that span the entire healthcare tech space. You will collaborate closely with the founders and head of AI to implement models and algorithms. Responsibilities:

  • Prototype AI/ML solutions, including pipelines, models, and architectures
  • Design and develop AI solutions with LLM models, across images, speech, and text. Taking advantage of existing models when possible, and fine-tuning and build our own when appropriate
  • Implement APIs and services for internal and external consumption
  • Drive model evaluation and training, including experimentation
  • Stay up to date with the latest advances in AI/ML and identify opportunities for the company
  • Engage with our customers for product feedback and contributions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience or Ph.D., with 2+ years of industry experience designing and implementing AI/ML systems at scale, handling data for AI/ML and AI/ML production pipelines.
  • Experience in modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TF)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with SQL or similar
  • Located in or willing to move to the Seattle/Bellevue area. Willing to meet and work in a shared space up to 3 days a week.

Preferred:

  • Experience building products from the ground up
  • Health tech experience or healthcare experience
