We are looking for an Executive Assistant to work side-by-side with our executive team out of the New York Flagship office. The ideal candidate is someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is up for a challenge daily and will go above and beyond with each task handed to them.

 

Job Description:

  • All administrative needs and paperwork
  • Completion of board packages for condos and co-ops
  • Running property comps
  • Putting together showing schedules for buyer tours
  • Coordinating with marketing team on all marketing requests
  • Assistance with personal tasks as needed
  • Assistance with personal marketing
  • Handling the schedules for multiple top executives on the team
  • Acting on behalf of several members of the executive team
  • Managing the CRM database of the executive team to ensure clients are being followed up with
  • Attending inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs
  • Assisting Operations Team with commissions processing & special projects
  • Assistance in setting up for office meetings

 

Qualifications:

  • An active New York Real Estate License
  • At least 2 years working full-time in NY real estate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Honesty and integrity are most important 
  • Being extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • A "YES" attitude is imperative; recognizing that all tasks will not be formally listed in a job description but we expect this person to be willing to jump in to get any job done
  • E|G is not looking to hire someone who is interested in pursuing a career in sales in the immediate future
