The Eklund|Gomes Team is looking for an all-star candidate to join our team, the largest and most successful residential real estate team in the country. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to work side-by-side with our executive team out of the New York Flagship office. The ideal candidate is someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is up for a challenge daily and will go above and beyond with each task handed to them.
Job Description:
- All administrative needs and paperwork
- Completion of board packages for condos and co-ops
- Running property comps
- Putting together showing schedules for buyer tours
- Coordinating with marketing team on all marketing requests
- Assistance with personal tasks as needed
- Assistance with personal marketing
- Handling the schedules for multiple top executives on the team
- Acting on behalf of several members of the executive team
- Managing the CRM database of the executive team to ensure clients are being followed up with
- Attending inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs
- Assisting Operations Team with commissions processing & special projects
- Assistance in setting up for office meetings
Qualifications:
- An active New York Real Estate License
- At least 2 years working full-time in NY real estate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Honesty and integrity are most important
- Being extremely detail-oriented and organized
- A "YES" attitude is imperative; recognizing that all tasks will not be formally listed in a job description but we expect this person to be willing to jump in to get any job done
- E|G is not looking to hire someone who is interested in pursuing a career in sales in the immediate future
