What You'll Do:

As a Financial Planner at RSC, you'll collaborate closely with clients to develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. From investment and retirement planning to tax, risk, and estate planning, you'll provide strategic advice that empowers clients to achieve financial success. We are a process-driven, planning-led firm.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to assess their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Provide advice on strategic investment management, retirement planning, tax, risk, and estate planning.
  • Monitor investment portfolios and stay updated on financial markets and tax laws.
  • Collaborate with accountants and attorneys to provide holistic financial solutions.
  • Educate clients on financial concepts and strategies to make informed decisions.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.


What You'll Bring:

  • An active S7, S66, and CA Insurance License (Or desire to quickly obtain)
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is ideal but not required.
  • Experience as a Financial Planner with a track record of success is a plus
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, tax laws, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
  • Ethical conduct and commitment to client interests.
