CAPTRUST is in search of a Financial Planner who will collaborate closely with seasoned Financial Planners and Advisors to enhance productivity and elevate the quality of services offered to clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, organize, and execute financial plans, reports, presentations, and other documentation pertinent to client services and meetings; ensure timely delivery of results to clients or brief senior advisors for client delivery.
  • Gather and input data for financial planning initiatives using eMoney software; provide insights to senior advisors based on planning outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and other departments within CAPTRUST, fostering effective communication and a professional working environment.
  • Prepare for client meetings by compiling essential resources and insights to present investment performance, market trends, and economic forecasts; document meeting notes for future reference.
  • Implement portfolio adjustments, including rebalancing and transitions, in collaboration with CAPTRUST's research and trading teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a finance-related discipline.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Quick learner of new software and processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adept at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple reporting relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent client service skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
