Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

FP&A Manager - $110,000 to $125,000


Manufacturing company in the Reading area is looking to add a FP&A Manager to their Finance Team. This is a newly created position based on growth and the changing complexity of their business. This would be a GREAT role to learn and grow, and eventually build out an FP&A team.


This role will also report to a LONG-time contact, who is the company's CFO. This person would be an outstanding manager to work for.


As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for leading all the FP&A functions, budgeting, forecasting and month / year out reporting. You will play a key role and heavy analysis functions that will assist with strategic planning decisions. Lastly, you will also work very closing with the Accounting team on financial reporting accuracy.


Our client is looking for someone who has at least 5 years of finance / FP&A experience. CPA, MBA or CMA is preferred though not required. Manufacturing experience is also preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
