Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Director to lead our CRM strategy and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and experience in the BFSI sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the CRM strategy, overseeing the implementation and optimization of Salesforce FSC, and leading a high-performing CRM team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the CRM strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Salesforce FSC Implementation: Oversee the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to ensure it meets the specific needs of the BFSI sector.
  • Customer Insights: Utilize data analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing CRM team.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Technology Integration: Ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other technology platforms and tools.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all CRM activities comply with regulatory requirements and data security standards.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in CRM management, with a focus on the BFSI sector.
  • Skills: Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation and management, along with experience managing Salesforce orgs integrated with other managed packages.
  • Preferred Skills: Certification in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), experience with other CRM platforms and tools.
