We are currently partnered with a $70B+ AUM Asset Manager looking to expand their Investor Relations group by bring on an associate to join the team and cover the Real Estate Fund. This group is know for it's veteran leadership group and high performing reputation on the Real Estate market.


In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting in the overall capital raising strategy for the real estate fund. Day to day, you'll draft marketing materials, presentation materials, and crafting other types of content surrounding topics related to fund performance/ offerings. You'll be expected to stay on top of market trends, fund positioning related to the rest of the market, and helping answer investor requests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for current and prospective investors, addressing inquiries and providing comprehensive information about our real estate investment strategies and performance.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of investor communications, including quarterly reports, investment summaries, and market updates.
  • Coordinate and manage investor meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally presented.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to gather and analyze data on portfolio performance, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, understanding their needs and providing timely and relevant information.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including pitch books, fact sheets, and newsletters.
  • Track and manage investor commitments, capital calls, distributions, and other transactional activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory and compliance documents, ensuring adherence to industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for investor relations strategies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of investor relations processes, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in either investor relations, client services, capital formation, or Investment banking with real estate exposure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems and investor relations software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with investors, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to investors.
