Pilgrim Insurance is looking for a driven Administrative Claims Specialist to play a pivotal role in our claims team, coordinating the processing of automobile titles, and providing technical support to our claims organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate & Oversee Title Processing: Ensure that all automobile titles are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Liaison with Salvage Vendors: Serve as the primary point of contact between Pilgrim and salvage facilities, fostering positive relationships and driving performance.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze salvage information and share insights with management to improve processes and outcomes.
- Inventory Management: Review and manage aged vehicle inventory to support accurate and timely resolution of claims.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with claims handlers to provide administrative and technical support, ensuring smooth operations.
- Administrative Support: Assist with claims and glass administrative tasks, and lead special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in physical damage claims, total loss claims handling, or salvage operations preferred.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, while identifying areas for process improvement.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in engaging with vendors and internal teams.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with modern integrated technology platforms, and capable of learning new systems quickly.
