NOW HIRING AN EXPERIENCED EXECUTIVE CHEF


Charged with the duty of overseeing all the culinary operations for the food and beverage outlets. Direct the operation of the kitchen(s), including food preparation and quality, physical maintenance, and inventory functions, to ensure hotel quality standards and revenue goals are met and food and supply costs are controlled.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must have previous experience as an Executive Chef at a full-service, restaurant, club, or hotel
  • This position will oversee a cafe, upstairs bar, a full-service restaurant, and the banquet and catering team.
  • Creativity and menu development
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Business acumen with experience in food cost control and
  • Expert in training, coaching and developing teams at all levels
  • High standards for food quality and the guest experience
