  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and industry developments, applying knowledge to improve menu offerings and kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
