StaffGrabbers is exclusively partnered with a 700-person financial services company on a Product Manager search. Our client has been around for a long time and is known for having a great work/life balance and a relaxed working environment.


The company is HQ’d in New Jersey but is otherwise remote majority. This position is 100% remote but the candidate MUST be based in New Jersey due to tax purposes, etc.


In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Product Management and work closely with different teams to create, design, and launch new products. Your main tasks will include developing ways to deliver content directly to our customers using APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), which are tools that let different software systems communicate with each other. You will also help lead projects that use AI (Artificial Intelligence) to improve the products and services.


Compensation depends on experience but is up to 110K on base.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, launch, and continuous enhancement of products to ensure they align with both the company's objectives and customer needs.
  • Utilize APIs to enhance how content is delivered to customers, making it easier for them to access and use the products.
  • Investigate how AI can be applied to the product line, focusing on developing features and improvements that better serve customers.
  • Convert the broader goals of the company into specific strategies for our products and ensure these plans are successfully implemented.
  • Provide direction and insights on product vision to the engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure everyone is aligned and working effectively.
  • Listen to customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to the products to better meet their needs.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • At least 3+ years of product experience.
  • Prior experience with GenAI and/or APIs a plus
  • Prior experience within the insurance, risk management, or financial industry is nice to have but not required.
