CCI is seeking a salesperson who has a track record of consistently producing high-quality revenue and growing long-term strategic account relationships, preferably in the professional services industry.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Generate high-quality revenue across a mix of existing and new accounts in the greater Philadelphia market.
  • Actively and aggressively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities within specified customer account(s).
  • Partner with practice leads to propose comprehensive solutions to clients’ needs leveraging multiple CCI offerings.
  • Coordinate the client proposal creation and presentation process leveraging the guidance, expertise, and insights of CCI practice leaders.
  • Deliver differentiated value to clients in every interaction in the sales and client relationship management process.
  • Demonstrate leadership in executing and improving the CCI sales process partnering with CCI’s Head of Sales and Marketing.
  • Qualify all leads to ensure high conversion rates, including a strong focus on targeting decision-makers and influencers to support efficient sales activity.
  • Execute on the CCI sales strategy to build elevated levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • As needed mitigate client satisfaction risks or issues in a productive and cooperative manner.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of business experience, with a preference for demonstrated experience in building a high-quality book of business, preferably in the professional services industry.
  • A proven sales track record of achieving/surpassing sales goals including revenue quality goals.
  • The ideal candidate will have commercial and senior executive-facing experience and presence.
  • Strong solution-selling, consultative, and analytical skills, including the ability to gain a deep understanding of current and future client challenges and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence – both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize business development and client engagement activities to maximize sales production.
  • Ability to maintain demanding timelines & adaptability and flexibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to constructively confront peers to support productive dialogue and continuous improvement.
