Hiring a Java API engineer who will join a team responsible for building a data handling platform that processes telemetry data and allows residential and business customers to administer routers and mesh networks.

Role

  • Interact with a cross-functional Scrum team to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Work with team lead and other developers to design, build, test, and deploy new features and system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with QA team to build test cases and work with DevOps to deploy tested code to production.

Qualifications
  • Five to eight years of experience building API's using Java Spring connected to Kafka and AWS SNS/SQS message handling tools.
  • Experience with Python and/or Cassandr plus.
