Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and clearly communicate client requirements and project risks to the relevant team members, ensuring that all expectations are met.
- Coordinate and facilitate project deliverables by developing a detailed project schedule, calculating time and manpower requirements, and sequencing project elements.
- Monitor project progress and review tasks and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Address project issues and identify solutions to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery while meeting client and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project scope actively to prevent unauthorized changes without valid change orders.
- Ensure timely invoicing and billing, and ensure the correct documentation is submitted and received from clients and vendors.
- Conduct regular status meetings with internal stakeholders and client representatives.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering.
- Prior experience in renewables, oil & gas, or utilities is preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 4 years in project management.
- PMP certification preferred; if not certified, the incumbent must obtain PMP certification within 12 months of employment.
