The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will define work processes, help talent acquisition teams run more efficiently, and oversees logistics daily and weekly reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition.


Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations for Talent Acquisition.
  • Deliver Operational Strategies and/or the migration toward strategies and standardization.
  • Responsible for operational processes and ensures they are operating in the most efficient and effective manner.
  • Manages and addresses flow of work to ensure operational activities are within service level agreements and are consistent with a positive candidate, manager, and user experience.
  • Is the escalation point for the team on situations surrounding supported processes.
  • Oversees and manages key processes within Talent Acquisition.
  • Partners with technology team members within the team to improve processes through the use of technology.
  • Runs data and analyses data to improve processes within the team.
  • Provides guidance and subject matter expertise to internal team members on compliance and process efficiencies.
  • Ensures processes are in alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintains policies, training materials, and supporting process documentation.
  • Responsible for key contracts and vendor relationships in ensuring partners are adhering to contract terms and service level agreements as defined in the agreements.
  • Lead and support special recruiting projects and initiatives to ensure business needs and client deliverables are met.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance through the development of policies and processes, including compliance with California and Federal laws.


Required Experience, Skills, and Education

  • Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources, Business or MBA.
  • 2-5 years in biotech or pharmaceutical in the human resource department.
  • MS Office.
  • Excellent Communications.
  • Greenhouse systems modifications and enhancements.
  • Greenhouse experience is preferred and or Taleo.
