Senior Workday Grants SME – 12 - Month Contract
Company Overview:
Hale International is thrilled to partner exclusively with a leading healthcare client embarking on an important Workday Financials implementation. We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Grants Consultant for a 12-month contract, offering a unique opportunity to lead and influence a major financial systems project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration and setup of the Workday Grants module.
- Provide expert support for daily operations within Workday Financials, focusing on Grants Management.
- Oversee data migration processes related to grants, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and execute key project milestones leading up to the go-live date.
- Maintain support and troubleshoot Workday Financials integrations, particularly in the Grants module.
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare client’s finance and grants management teams to understand their requirements and tailor the Workday Financials system accordingly.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the Workday Grants module.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials, specifically in the Grants Management module.
- Proven experience in implementing Workday Financials for a healthcare client, with a focus on Grants Management.
- Expertise in configuring Workday Grants components, such as proposal management, award management, budget management, compliance reporting, billing, expense management, and project lifecycle management.
- Strong capability in creating and updating advanced financial reports within Workday.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
