About the Role:

You will be employed by the Aluplast group via one of its subsidiaries (Chelsea Building Products located in Pittsburgh, PA) and will be based in the United States (remotely from your home) but expected to travel for approximately 70% of the time throughout the USA including to the subsidiary location in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate would have prior knowledge of tilt and turn windows and would be based out of Chicago, New York, Washington D.C. or Boston metropolitan regions.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities and prospects by objectively evaluating their position in the industry; preferably through using metrics provided to you by your supervisor
  • Support and help strategize with existing customers to help them reach their potential
  • Sell a wide range of products from within the portfolio by establishing contact, developing relationships with prospects and existing customers; and recommending long-term solutions
  • Constantly research and recommend new opportunities and especially look towards expanding footprint in emerging territories where our brand is unavailable to date
  • Engage in recommending profit and service improvements (profitability vs turnover)
  • Identify product improvements by remaining abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors’ strategies
  • Prepare regular reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information via tools provided to you by your supervisor
  • Organize sales visits where necessary, whilst not over-servicing or under-servicing customers
  • Basic product and technical presentations
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and seminars by identifying such eventsby start of Q4 for the coming year
