What Youll Be Doing:

  • Providing exceptional customer service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat delivering timely and accurate information.
  • Problemsolving: Help customers resolve issues find solutions and ensure their experience is seamless.
  • Documenting customer interactions: Keep detailed records of customer requests and resolutions to ensure accurate followup.
  • Collaborating with the team: Work closely with colleagues to share insights resolve challenges and provide topnotch service across the board.
