Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Reports To: Marketing Director

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketer to join our team and drive our online presence through data-driven strategies, integrated campaigns, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Google Data Studio.


Responsibilities:


Campaign Strategy:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search engines, and websites.
  • Develop strategies for campaign objectives, target audience segmentation, messaging, and content creation that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across channels.


SEO/SEM:

  • Perform SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic and improve ROI.


Email Marketing:

  • Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Develop email marketing strategies, including content creation, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure email campaigns are aligned with the broader digital marketing strategy and track KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.


Content Creation:

  • Create and upload compelling copy and images for the company's website, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Design website banners and assist with web visuals to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and social media managers to ensure all digital content is on-brand and optimized for performance.


Web Analytics:

  • Use web analytics software (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio) to monitor website performance and user behavior.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for website and campaign improvements based on data analysis.
  • Track and report key metrics, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI for all digital marketing initiatives.


Social Media and Paid Advertising:

  • Oversee and optimize social media advertising campaigns using Meta Business Suite (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure social media and PPC campaigns are cohesive, effective, and aligned with the overall strategy.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer with expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital campaign management.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for email marketing campaign creation, automation, and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page and technical SEO.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram ads).
  • Experience in keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Basic design skills for web visuals and content creation (experience in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus).

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Google Data Studio for report building and data visualization.
  • Meta Business Suite for social media advertising.
  • HubSpot for email marketing and CRM management.
  • SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
  • PPC management tools (Google Ads Editor, Bing Ads).
  • Web analytics tools and Google Tag Manager for tracking.
