Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and coordination of all aspects of the new cafe opening process, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project timelines, checklists, and documentation to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and site visits related to the restaurant opening, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Assist with the procurement of equipment, supplies, and services needed for the new cafe location, including vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Support with the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new team members, including scheduling interviews, processing paperwork, and coordinating training sessions.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing for the new restaurant opening project.
- Provide administrative support to the cafe opening team, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining records.
- Provide leadership and support to the cafe team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes success and growth
- Train, coach, and develop leaders, through timely performance and observation feedback and evaluations.
- Stays updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed business decisions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or related role.
- Ability to think creatively and translate vision into actionable plans.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, including motivating and inspiring a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to engage and motivate leaders.
- Understanding of Project Management tactics and strategies.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Smartsheet and project management experience preferred.
- Must be based in Orlando, Florida
