We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Part-Time Market Research Coordinator to join our team at our Brea office. This role requires a proactive individual with strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, exceptional phone communication abilities, and the capacity to adapt to various software platforms. The Market Research Coordinator will play a crucial role in identifying key decision-makers in our target industries, supporting our account managers and salespeople. This position is expected to be scheduled for 24 hours per week – either 3 8-hour days or 4 6-hour days. Other options will be considered.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on key decision-makers within target industries.
  • Utilize Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to organize and analyze data.
  • Adapt to and learn new software as required.
  • Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized records and databases.
  • Collaborate effectively with account managers and salespeople to support their efforts.
  • Handle phone communications with professionalism and clarity.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet part-time work requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • First rate written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent follow up.
  • Excellent phone communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new software.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive communication style.
  • Ability to work effectively with account managers and salespeople.
  • Previous experience in market research or a related field is a plus.


Compensation:

  • $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.
