Job Overview:

Unleash your potential – Grow with a winning team The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing listing and lead generation tools such as Google Business Profiles and Google Local Service Ads for over 19 different companies. They will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager and work closely with the digital marketing team. The selected candidate will support the marketing team as a whole and be instrumental in driving direct business to our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage Google LSAs and Google Business Profiles that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
  • Optimization and Analysis: Continuously optimize LSAs and GBPs to improve performance metrics such as leads, ratings, and rankings. Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure the local service ads are integrated with overall marketing strategies and resonate with the brand's vision and requirements.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement to share with stakeholders using tools like native reporting, and GA4.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: 2-3 years of digital marketing experience or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields is preferred. Experience with Google Business Profiles, LSAs, and Google Analytics.
  • Core Skills: Excellent marketing and administrative software skills. Effective organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Excellent research and analytic skills and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: SEO background is helpful but not required. Proficiency with research and analytical skills.
  • Attributes: Self-starter and problem solver with extreme attention to detail. Creative and innovative mindset. Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive. Works well with teams in a fast-paced environment.
