Salesforce Business Analyst

They are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to enhance and optimize their sales applications through effective analyst infrastructure management. This role is critical in shaping how Salesforce Business Analyst tools support the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Focus:

• Act as the primary system administrator for the company’s business analyst systems.

• Customize and configure business analyst systems to align with business needs in sales, marketing, and customer service.

• Develop strategic roadmaps to enhance business analyst functionalities in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Manage data integrity, implement data quality best practices, and ensure data cleanliness.

• Generate customized reports and dashboards to track sales and service performance.

• Lead integration efforts with other business systems to ensure seamless data flow.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business analyst processes and user guidelines.

• Engage in governance activities to ensure proper data management and usability


Skill Set:

• Proven expertise in Salesforce Business Analyst systems, including customization, automation, and integration.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural team environment.

• Experience in managing projects, adapting to changes, and making decisions under pressure.

• Knowledge of Power BI, databases, and other reporting tools is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.

• At least 3-4 years of relevant business analyst experience, with a focus on CRM systems.

• Service-oriented with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.

• Strong customer focus and ability to maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders.

• Independent and highly motivated with proven organizational and management skills.
