We help businesses and insurance brands accelerate their growth through innovative marketing strategies and technology solutions. We foster a fun and dynamic work environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and personal growth. This is a remote role but we have team events in San Diego on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and effectively.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and market segments.
- Close new business and ensure proper onboarding of new clients.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization to drive client success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.
- Work closely with the marketing and technology teams to develop innovative solutions that align with client objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the software, marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and digital platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, project management tools, and analytics platforms.
