Job Description:

The installation analyst will be working on a large scale camera solution deployment across all Kroger locations. They will act as a central touchpoint for technicians in the stores to help oversee the deployment of approx. 70 stores per week. The analyst will troubleshoot installation issues and help enforce standards.


Required:

Linux Experience (CentOS and Suse) – Administration tasks such as OS installations, reimaging, network configurations

Scripting – Bash, Python

Networking – understanding of basic network communications, DHCP, DNS

Server configuration/Patching – Firmware updates, Driver installations

Strong Communication skills – Jira, Teams, Outlook, and other collaboration tools

Critical Thinking & Problem-solving skills

Reading logs and solving technical problems with deployment scripts

Takes initiative to reach out and remove obstacles.


Key Responsibilities:


Working on large scale camera solution deployment across all Kroger locations.

Act as a central touchpoint for technicians in the stores.

Help oversee the deployment of ~70 stores a week.

Trouble shooting installation issues and help enforce standards.
