Are you passionate about people and hospitality? Do you have a strong background in hotel management, exceptional leadership skills, Marriott brand experience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding employee experiences? If so, we have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients as a Talent & Culture Manager at their Marriott Hotel.

As a Talent & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, performance management, culture development, compliance, benefits administration, and employee communication. You will work closely with the General Manager and the leadership team to ensure that all associates are aligned with their vision, values, and goals, and that they feel valued, respected, and empowered.

You will also play a key role in creating and maintaining a positive and engaging work environment for all associates, where they can grow, learn, and thrive. You will foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation, and celebrate the achievements and diversity of the team. You will also act as a coach, mentor for associates, and provide them with the support and guidance they need to succeed in their roles and careers.

Responsibilities:

· Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract, select, and retain the best talent for their hotel. Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Partner with the leadership team to identify current and future staffing needs and create talent pipelines and succession plans.

· Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Conduct investigations, provide counseling, and recommend appropriate actions. Promote a culture of trust, respect, and fairness, and maintain positive and productive relationships with associates, managers, and union representatives.

· Training and Development: Assess the training and development needs of their associates, and design, deliver, and evaluate effective learning solutions and programs. Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training opportunities and ensure compliance with brand standards and certification requirements. Support the career development and progression of their associates and provide them with feedback and coaching.

· Performance Management: Implement and administer the performance management system, and ensure that performance goals, expectations, and feedback are aligned with the hotel's objectives and values. Monitor and evaluate the performance of associates and managers and provide recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. Address performance issues and improvement plans and ensure consistency and fairness in the performance appraisal process.

· Culture Development: Lead and champion the culture development initiatives and activities, and ensure that their associates are engaged, motivated, and loyal. Create and implement programs and events that enhance the associate experience, such as recognition, wellness, social, and community involvement. Communicate and reinforce the hotel's vision, values, and goals, and inspire their associates to live the Marriott culture.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to human resources, such as labor, employment, health and safety, and workers' compensation. Maintain accurate and complete records and documentation and prepare and submit reports as required. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in human resources, and implement changes and improvements as needed.

· Benefits Administration: Administer and manage the benefits programs and plans for their associates, such as health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and leave of absence. Educate and advise associates on the benefits options and eligibility, and assist them with enrollment, changes, and claims. Coordinate with the benefits providers and vendors and ensure timely and accurate payments and reconciliations.

· Employee Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies and channels to keep their associates informed, engaged, and connected. Communicate and disseminate relevant and timely information, such as policies, procedures, updates, announcements, and newsletters. Solicit and respond to feedback and suggestions from associates and conduct surveys and focus groups to measure associate satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications:
