What you’ll do:

Process Management: Streamline and manage the recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness Candidate Experience : Coordinate and facilitate an exceptional candidate experience by managing interview schedules, communications, and feedback loops Data & Analytics : Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve processes and support data-driven decision-making System Administration : Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency Collaboration: Work closely with the TA team, hiring managers, and People & Culture teams to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and processes

What you’ll need to succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree Experience working in a sales or recruiting environment Love of data and analytics, and the ability to inform process improvements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
