The Regional Property Manager will develop and implement company policies to achieve financial and operational goals for over 36 multifamily properties spread across Miami-Dade and Brickell. Regularly visit properties to assess needs and expenditures.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years as a Property Manager in specifically multi-family environments (NO HOA)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, YARDI, and relevant applications.
  • High school diploma required; CAM, ARM, CCRM designations, and a college degree are a plus.
  • Experience with affordable housing and Low-Income Tax Credit.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish

Essential Duties:

  • Monitor property occupancy, performance, and upkeep.
  • Manage hiring, training, and performance of staff.
  • Ensure effective tenant relations and property presentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing departments.
  • Handle complaints professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with housing regulations.
  • Create and maintain property budgets.
  • Supervise property operations and maintenance.
  • Inspect properties and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Maintain confidential resident files.
  • Communicate with staff and ensure proper bookkeeping.
