Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong background in using Power BI to create dashboards, visualizations, and reports. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data analysis, SQL Server, and experience working closely with financial teams. You will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights.
  • Create and generate comprehensive reports that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with financial teams and other departments to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that address their requirements.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support business strategies and objectives.
  • Assist in the development of data-driven strategies and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and improve data quality and performance of existing reports and dashboards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BI tools and techniques.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience using Power BI to create dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server and data analysis.
  • Experience working with financial teams and understanding financial data is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
