Location: This position is located in Chattanooga, TN, and requires onsite presence.


Responsibilities:

  • Receive service requests from customers via phone, email, or online portal.
  • Log service requests accurately in the system and assign them to the appropriate technicians.
  • Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to customer locations.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on the status of their service requests.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of service requests, appointments, and technician assignments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to streamline service operations.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the service department as required.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience in a service-related industry (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, IT support) is a plus.

Pay: $25-27/hr.

Job Type: Full time; onsite
