Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Representative Staff/Contractor Program Security Officer to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. This individual will be responsible for managing security requirements for a large and fast-moving Special Access Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of security, including personnel, physical, technical, policy guidance research, and classification management, utilizing the requirements set forth in 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD Volumes 1-4, and ICD 705.
  • Develop and obtain approvals for multiple plans in support of new test environments and facilities/labs being constructed on site.
  • Provide high-level program leadership briefings, presentations, and complete Program Access Requests (PAR).
  • Support classified meetings and provide program management support.
  • Apply business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges.
Requirements
  • Change management experience and process-discipline skillsets.
  • Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD Volumes 1-4, and ICD 705.
  • Ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and/or conflicting information.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills.
  • Top Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years.
