LaSalle Network is currently partnering with a client who is a leader in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry and is looking to grow their quality team. They are looking to hire an individual who is bilingual in both Spanish and English to join their team as a Senior Quality Manager. This is a 100% on-site position in Roselle, IL.

Senior Quality Manager Responsibilities:

  • Establish and enforce quality standards and testing for materials and products
  • Collaborate with management, production teams and engineers to define product and consumer quality requirements
  • Develop raw material standards and testing methods in coordination with suppliers
  • Implement in-process product inspection and rework standards
  • Create and maintain product quality documentation and ensure compliance with policies and government regulations
  • Prepare quality reports, manage QA staff and contribute to new product development
  • Maintain professional knowledge through continuous learning and participation in industry activities
  • Achieve financial objectives by managing the quality assurance budget and resources effectively


Senior Quality Manager Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
  • Proficiency with IAPF (ISO system)
  • Strong corrective action, negotiation and project management skills
  • Experience with welding, metallurgy, CNC and automotive production parts is a plus
