We're recruiting for a medical device company that is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to oversee a team of reps in an Upper Midwest area geography. The Manager can reside in Chicago, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Detroit, Milwaukee or Omaha. The Manager should have 4+ years of sales management experience overseeing reps that call on physician practices and with a proven track record of coaching sales reps to success. The role requires between 50-75% travel and the compensation will be a base of 130K plus commissions to 230-235K plus uncapped commissions, full benefits and expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Support the learning and development of the sales team
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
  • Track and report all sales activities
  • Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis


Qualifications


  • Experience managing sales teams in physician office based environments
  • Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
