Location: Schaumburg IL (Hybrid 2 days on site)


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience as a sales account representative or inside sales representative
  • Experience handling quotations
  • Strong working knowledge of excel
  • Experience in electronic manufacturing services or electronic parts sales
  • Experience with ISO-9001 and TS-16949 is preferred


JOB DUTIES:

  • Request quotations for customers and lead annual quotation updates
  • Monitor customer forecast and weekly forecast and distribute it to Midwest Office members
  • Arrange forecast for factories for safety stock of new models, EOP models, and for issuing PO’s
  • Review customer forecasts to compare past deliveries, prior forecasts
  • Reach price agreements with the customer when request a PO or Credit Memo
  • Provide reports to Manager/Director on a daily, weekly, and bi-annual basis
  • Communicate & respond to customer inquiries and follow ups
